We worked very hard in June. We built many new features for you. These updates make Doorap even better. They will save you a lot of time every single day.
Smart AI and Automated Replies
Doorap is now even smarter. Our AI can talk to your tenants and new leads for you. It sends automated replies to their questions. It can even talk to people on WhatsApp. This means you do not have to answer the same questions over and over again. The AI handles it all for you.
Better Maintenance Tools
We completely changed how maintenance works. The new design makes it easy to fix broken things. When a tenant has a problem, the AI creates a maintenance ticket automatically. You can look at prices from workers. You can approve their quotes with just one click.
We also added an activity tab inside the maintenance drawer. This tab shows you exactly what happened. It shows you the history of the ticket from start to finish.
New AI Lead Tools
Finding new tenants is now much easier. When a new person asks about your property, our AI creates a lead ticket for you. It organizes all their information automatically. You never have to worry about missing a message from a new client.
Easy Accounting Links
We want your money tasks to be simple. Doorap now connects with top accounting tools. You can link your account to QuickBooks. You can link it to Xero. You can also link it to Sage. This keeps all your financial numbers safe and tracked in one place.
Screen Changes and Settings
You now have more control over your account. We added new email notification settings. You can choose exactly which emails you want to receive. We also made endless layout changes to the screen. The whole app looks much cleaner. It also feels a lot faster to use.
